摘要: We survey old and new results and conjectures on spherical maximal functions with restricted dilation sets. The outcomes depend on various notions of fractal dimension. 

主讲人简介: Professor Andreas Seeger is a leading figure in harmonic analysis, with research spanning Fourier integral operators, maximal functions, oscillatory integrals, and function spaces. He is a Fellow of the American Mathematical Society and was an invited speaker at the 2026 International Congress of Mathematicians.
